Linnet Consultant was founded in 2004 thanks to the intuition of Fabio Leone Fanecco, a manager with international experience gained in over 60% of his career abroad (Europe, the United States, Africa, and the Far East).
Throughout numerous management, marketing, and business development roles, he realized that companies needed personalized management support capable of combining cross-functional technical skills with a global business vision.
Based on this principle, Fabio Leone Fanecco founded Linnet Consultant with the aim of offering companies a pool of specialized skills to successfully face any type of business challenge.

Depending on the needs identified during the analysis phase and the direction expressed by ownership, Linnet Consultant can operate in various ways, including:

Appointment as interim executive (project-based assignment), until the agreed targets are achieved.

Open-ended professional consulting agreement, to continuously support existing management.

Fixed-term contract for a specific project, assuming overall responsibility for the implementation of a defined operational plan.

Appointment as an independent member of the Board of Directors, bringing managerial and strategic know-how from within.
Once the most suitable path has been established, the client company can delegate the involvement of necessary skills (finance, legal, communication, HR, logistics) to Linnet Consultant, or indicate their trusted consultants to collaborate with.
In any case, transactions are regulated directly between the client company and Linnet Consultant, ensuring maximum simplicity and transparency in economic relationships.
